Thank you for shopping with Nebula Breeze.
All of our apparel and printed products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. This allows us to create responsibly, reduce waste, and deliver high-quality items directly to you.

1. Order Processing

Each order is produced on demand once it is placed.

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days for apparel and accessories.

  • Art Prints and Other Items: May vary depending on size, material, and production method.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the destination of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Brazil and Latin America: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

  • Other regions: 10–25 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or global events beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Printful automatically selects the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your region.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 

5. Customs Fees and Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at nebulabreezemusic@gmail.com.
We will open a case with Printful to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Printful considers a package lost if it hasn’t been delivered 30 days after the estimated delivery date (for domestic shipments) or 40 days (for international shipments).

 

7. Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it arrives back at Printful, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Some products are shipped separately due to different production facilities or packaging requirements. You’ll receive separate tracking links for each shipment if applicable.

 

9. Production and Fulfillment Partner

Our clothing and accessories are produced and shipped by Printful, Inc., a global print-on-demand fulfillment service.
