Thank you for supporting Nebula Breeze. Each item in our store is made with care and produced on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc.
Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not keep stock or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 📧 nebulabreezemusic@gmail.com with the following:

A clear photo of the product showing the issue
We’ll review your case and, if approved, Printful will replace or refund the affected item at no additional cost.
2. Wrong or Missing Items
If the item you received is incorrect or missing, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will coordinate with Printful to investigate and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
3. Returns for Size or Preference
Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference.
To help ensure a perfect fit, please check the size guide available on each product page before ordering.
4. Address Issues & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or undeliverable orders.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Once processed, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order included multiple items, refunds will only apply to the affected products.
6. Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after placement and cannot be canceled once they enter production.
If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.
7. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us after 30 days (domestic) or 40 days (international) from the shipping date.
We will coordinate with Printful to verify and arrange a replacement when confirmed lost.
8. EU and UK Customers
Under EU/UK consumer laws, you may have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, except for personalized or custom-made items (which include all Nebula Breeze apparel and art prints).
